In The Neck of The Woods

Third time is a charm for this particular post. Cristen and I shot this outfit a couple days ago, however it was late in the day and the photos didn't turn out how I wanted. We tried to go again yesterday and it literally started raining while we were pulling out of the garage. So, this morning I was determined to get this over with. Here we are. I bought this skirt the other day for $13 at Forever 21. It goes perfect with all the bodysuits I have been obsessing over lately. I can't believe I love them so much. I remember circa the 90's when that's all I would see in my mom's closet and I thought they were weird and hideous. I think in the last week I've purchased 7 bodysuits. They are so comfortable and remind me of being in a one piece bathing suit all day, which is otherwise what I am in when I am home anyways. I styled this look with 2 different neck pieces, or 'choker's'. Whatever they are called these days. I thought both necklaces looked cute with this look. It's always nice to have options. What look do you prefer? Do you like wearing this type of necklace? I typically do not, but I have to say this look is to cute to resist. Both neck pieces can be worn with so many other looks as well. It's also always nice to have versatile pieces too. I was so surprised a which look I liked best, considering the first time we shot this look I preferred the other. Let me know what look you like best. I would love to hear from you guys so leave a comment below.

  1. so cute ash! I have to say that even though you are wearing the same outfit, the neck pieces make it look as if you would be wearing two totally different styles so I can't say which one I prefer. I love both! it's just a matter of the occasion. absolutely loving your blog <3
